Terms and Conditions
 Adventures Pioneers Travel and Tourism Company

At Adventures Pioneers Travel and Tourism, we are committed to providing our clients with the best travel experience, acting as an authorized intermediary with service providers worldwide. By using our services, you explicitly and implicitly agree to all the following terms and conditions:

First: Booking and Payment Terms

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is made via bank transfer or online payment.
  • Prices are subject to change until the final payment is completed. No price is guaranteed without full settlement.
  • Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to the supplier’s (hotel, airline, etc.) policies and may incur additional fees.
  • All transactions are conducted in Saudi Riyals. Payment in US Dollars is accepted based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

Second: Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are subject to the policies of service providers and may not be fully refundable in certain cases.
  • Non-refundable bookings or special promotions are not eligible for any refund.
  • Administrative fees and any non-recoverable charges will be deducted in the event of cancellation after the issuance of tickets or vouchers.
  • No compensation is provided in cases of emergencies or force majeure.

Third: Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided data (name, passport number, travel dates, etc.).
  • Clients must ensure passport validity (at least six months from departure date) and obtain all required visas.
  • Compliance with health regulations in the destination country, such as vaccinations or travel-related tests, is mandatory.
  • Clients must adhere to the scheduled timings for all activities and services. Any delays are solely the client’s responsibility.
  • Payment of local taxes or entrance fees to tourist sites is the client’s obligation per local laws.
  • Hotel check-in and check-out times follow hotel policy, typically: check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM.

Fourth: Company Liability Limits

  • The company operates as an intermediary and bears no direct responsibility for the performance of airlines, hotels, or tourism providers.
  • The company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from weather conditions, political events, or natural disasters.
  • The company is not responsible for denial of entry to any country due to immigration or visa issues.
  • Special requests (such as room views or connecting rooms) are not guaranteed and depend on the supplier’s availability.
  • The company is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings or electronic devices during the trip.

Fifth: Complaints and Compensation

  • Complaints must be submitted within seven (7) days of the trip’s commencement and must include clear supporting evidence.
  • Only complaints resulting from direct errors by the company will be considered.
  • In proven cases of company fault, compensation is limited to the value of the affected service only, with no additional liability.

Sixth: Media and Content

  • The company reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during trips for promotional purposes.
  • Client participation in a trip is deemed implicit consent to the use of their image in company media.
  • Clients may refuse the use of their images or visual content by submitting a written objection prior to the start of the trip.

Seventh: Age and Legal Approvals

  • The minimum age to participate in trips is 18 years.
  • If the participant is under 18 and traveling alone, a written parental consent is required.

Eighth: Program and Service Modifications

  • The company reserves the right to modify details of tour programs (hotel, activity, restaurant, etc.) when necessary.
  • Clients will be promptly informed of any changes and provided with equivalent alternatives in value and service.

Ninth: High-Risk Activities and Adventures

  • Some trips may include high-risk activities such as diving, climbing, skiing, etc.
  • Clients must sign a legal disclaimer before participating in any such activity, as follows:

Legal Disclaimer
 I, the undersigned, voluntarily declare that I am participating in this activity at my own risk. I acknowledge the associated risks and accept full responsibility for any outcomes. I waive any legal right to claim against Adventures Pioneers or its partners unless gross negligence is legally proven.

Tenth: Contests and Promotional Offers

  • Each contest is subject to its own specific terms published on the company’s official platforms.
  • Participation implies full acceptance of the terms.
  • Prizes are non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable to others.
  • Travel information must be provided within 7 days of winner announcement.
  • Trips must depart from major airports only (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Bahrain).
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Winners are selected by lottery under the supervision of a specialized committee.
  • Employees of the company and their first-degree relatives are not eligible to participate.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest terms at any time without prior notice.

Final Notes

  • It is strongly recommended to obtain travel health and emergency insurance.
  • The company is not liable for lost or delayed luggage.
  • Official communication is conducted exclusively through the company’s verified channels (WhatsApp – Email – Phone).
